30-day Hassle-Free Returns
Our return policy allows you 30 days after receiving your item to request a full refund for any reason.
To be eligible your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging (let us know if you no longer have it so we can help).
You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. After your order has shipped you can request a return and we'll provide a shipping label for you to return the equipment to us for up to 30 days for a full refund and no restock fees. No questions asked. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged products always receive a full refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a refund for the item you have, and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. If approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
