How much is shipping? Orders over $100 ship free and arrive within 3 days. Orders under $100 will cost $4 to $20, and also arrive within 3 days.
How long does it take for items to arrive after I place my order? Equipment ships within one business day, and once shipped your items will arrive in 2-3 days.
Do you offer special shipping for large orders? Yes! For orders over 500 pounds we will send your equipment by freight. You'll be contacted to schedule your delivery with lift-gate. Please let us know right away after placing your order if you have any special shipping instructions and we'll get it taken care of.
How do I track my order? If you created an account when you placed your order simply log in and visit My Orders. If you checked out as a guest search your email for "Barbell Standard tracking" and follow the link.
What happens if my order doesn't arrive on time? Your order may be delivered in separate packages and may arrive on different days - always start by checking your tracking info. Let us know if your order has no estimated delivery date so we can either reship or refund your order.
What happens if my package arrives damaged? Take and send us pictures or videos of your items right away if you notice damage - but 99 times out of 100 our items arrive pristine.

How do I start a return?
Get in touch with your order number and let us know what you'd like to do
- We'll send you a prepaid shipping label for you to print and return
- We confirm that your returned item/s have been received
- We issue your return/refund/exchange, minus return shipping, and it's done!
How soon do I receive the refund/exchange? We issue refunds immediately upon receipt of your returned item, but the time it takes for the funds to post to your account depends on your financial institution. Replacements are shipped out the day after we receive the returned item.
*30-Day Return Details: All returned items must either include original packaging, or if you don't have it we can send your replacement item and you can use that box for the return.
Initiate a refund by replying to your order confirmation or order delivery email by telling us the items you'd like to return and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
We print and pay for the return shipping labels up front, you just have to repackage and drop the item in the mail. If you elect to receive a refund we will issue the refund less return shipping to the original method of payment used to complete the transaction.
