Your plates are cast with over 40 years of knowledge, then machine milled to remove excess weight from the back.
The center hole is precisely drilled out to within 0.5mm precision. Next we implement the first step of our strict quality control procedures that ensures you get the highest quality iron plates on the market. This is where 95% of defects are caught.
Our plates are then coated in durable hammertone finish and painted with non-toxic white paint, before making a stop at our second quality control checkpoint.
Then your plates are shipped on a train in 40" containers to our warehouses where our warehouse workers will perform our final quality control check before your plates are delivered to your door.
