Weight Plate Tolerance Guarantee

Every weight plate and dumbbell we sell is within 2% of its stated weight, and most plates are within 1%. We guarantee it.

Most brands do not publish a weight tolerance, so you cannot know how close the number on the equipment is to what it weighs. Load several pairs on a bar and small differences add up. No one at this price guarantees 2%.

If a weight misses 2%, here is what we do.

1. Weigh your plates or dumbbells within one week of delivery.
2. Photograph any weight more than 2% off its stated weight, with the scale reading visible.
3. Email the photos and your order number to hello@barbellstandard.com.
4. Choose one: keep it and we issue store credit for up to 30% of what you paid for that product, or send it back and we ship a replacement. We cover the return shipping.
