We guarantee that every plate we sell is within 2% of the stated weight. In the rare case that your plates don't deliver, let us know and we'll refund you 10% of the cost for every 1% we're off:
- Take a few pictures and a video of you weighing your plates (within a week of arrival)
- Email them to us or post it on Instagram
- We pay you 10% per 1% that your weights are out of tolerance if they don't pass the 2% Test
Machine Milled plates offer a more precise and refined product that gives you the consistent result you deserve.
The final weight, center hole, and overall diameter tolerances are up to 80% improved over Cast Iron Plates.

Due to the heavy nature of our items, your orders may be delivered in separate packages and may arrive on different days - so always start by checking your tracking info.
If all or part of your order has no estimated delivery date, please let us know so we can file a claim with FedEx and either reship or refund your order. Whichever you prefer.
Fortunately it's usually the boxes and the moving trucks that take the worst of it when something goes wrong with one of our packages.
Always take plenty of pictures or videos of your items if you notice damage - but 99 times out of 100 our items within are pristine.

Limited Lifetime warranty against breakage. Additional 1 year warranty against manufacture defects in material, functionality and workmanship. These warranties do not include paint chipping or rusting.
We warranty our bars from defects in material, functionality and workmanship for a period of up to 15 years from the date of product purchase:
- Bronze bushings and sealed Needle bearings: 5 year warranty from defects in material, functionality and workmanship
- 2,000lb load: 15 year warranty against bends and breaks
- 1,500lb load: 5 year warranty against bends and breaks
- 1,000lb load: 5 year warranty against bends and breaks
Product warranty may be voided for any damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage or handling by the user and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Warranty against bending does not cover any bar which has been damaged due to negligent use, maintenance, storage or handling. Negligent use includes abusive dropping of the bar (e.g., excessive dropping on concrete, and similar usage)
Warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the product for so long as the original purchaser owns the product and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply to barbells that need maintenance.
$16 per pound payment requires an uncut video of the in-frame user stepping onto a scale with and without the weight plate.
We offer no-hassle refunds and exchanges of any unused item in the condition it was received within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the item is damaged upon receipt.
All items must either include original packaging, or if you don't have it we can send your replacement item and you can use that box for the return.
Initiate a refund by replying to your order confirmation or order delivery email by telling us the items you'd like to return and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange.
We print and pay for the return shipping labels up front, you just have to repackage and drop the item in the mail. Once we get it back we'll process your refund/replacement minus return shipping charges.

We issue refunds immediately upon receipt of your returned item, but the time it takes for the funds to post to your account depends on your financial institution. Replacements are shipped out the day after we receive the returned item.
Yes! All product returns are 100% free with no re-stocking or return delivery surcharges. We even pay the return shipping up front for you.
Once the item is received if you've elected to get a replacement it will be shipped out the next business day, and it will come to you with a renewed 30 day Return policy. If you elect to receive a refund we will issue the refund less return shipping to the original method of payment used to complete the transaction.
