Why Choose the Barbell Standard Olympic EZ Curl Bar?

Designed for Results

The precise angles of the Barbell Standard Olympic EZ Curl Bar grips are engineered to provide natural supinated grip options. The ergonomic design improves workout efficiency by allowing you to target the muscles you want to hit.

Built to Last

Crafted from the same cold-pressed 206,000 PSI tensile strength steel as our Barbell 2000, the Barbell Standard EZ Bar is built to stand up to intense daily use. The EZ Curl Bar’s durable core is complemented by a corrosion-resistant bright zinc finish and self-lubricating bronze bushings to ensure that performance and appearance is maintained over the long-term, whether in a commercial or home gym setting.

Precision Knurling

The grip features precise medium volcano knurling to provide a secure grip without being overly abrasive. This allows you to maintain full control of the bar during your lifts and maximize your workouts without tearing up your hands.

Versatile

While the EZ Curl Bar is most often considered an arms-only specialty bar, its versatility makes it a valuable addition to any strength training routine. Use it for a variety of full body exercises, including military press, upright rows, floor press, squats, and more.

10 Year Warranty

Just like all of our products, Barbell Standard stands behind the quality and reliability of our EZ Curl Bar. The bar is covered by a 10 year warranty so you can focus on training, without worrying about your gear.

    Knurling is super passive

The knurling is very passive almost useless. And it's also not volcano it is a hill knurl.

Dakota, we're sorry the knurling didn't provide the grip you expected, and we appreciate you flagging the difference between the hill and volcano knurling patterns. Our customer service team is following up with you by email, and we'll do what we can to make it right.

    EZ Curl Bar- Excellent

I like everything about this bar. It has a beautiful finish and it's well made. The bearings are very smooth. It shipped quickly from a warehouse in my state and it's made in America, not China. Glad that I found it on sale!
