The Barbell Standard Hex Bar 2.0 is built with the same 188,000 PSI steel as our full-size Hex Trap Bar with a slightly reduced frame for improved maneuverability. Improving deadlift form and adding versatility to your home gym, the hex bar design allows you to keep the weight aligned with your center of gravity to reduce the load on your lower back during deadlifts and unlock new exercises in your gym. With a dual grip options with 1.5 medium knurl, the Barbell Standard Hex Bar 2.0 is built for safety, reliability, and versatility.
Improved Deadlift Form
With the center of gravity directly across the center-line of your body, lower spine engagement is reduced during deadlifts by shifting the load to your hips when you're at the bottom of the lift.

Great product. Love the black color and the quality is awesome. I never owned one before but I’ve used them for shoulder shrugs in the past. Looking forward to seeing all the cool exercises I can do with this.

This is a solid piece of equipment. I like the fact that the distance between the handles is only 20.5 inches compared to most trap bars I've seen where the handles are spaced 25 inches apart. I'm not aware of another company that offers a product with similar dimensions. I'm 77 years old and due to back issues, traditional deadlifts are not an option. Excellent product, packaging and delivery. I've ordered from Barbell Standard 3 times and have never been disappointed.

Prior to this purchase, I had used a Hex Bar for years. Before buying one for my home gym, I decided to confirm that my purchase would fit my body. Unlike a barbell, a hex bar grip distance is set. The distance between the handles on the gym bar and my natural grip - measuring palm to palm with my arms hanging down - is just over 20 inches. Most of the quality hex bars I found for sale had wider grips, up to 25 inches. The Hex Bar 2.0 - has 20.25 inches between the handles. And everything about the bar is great: sharp black color, perfect build, and a smaller footprint for my home gym. For me - it's perfect. Picture attached. Thanks Barbell Standard for a great product!

The hex bar itself arrived in great condition and I'm already in love with it. The box it came was in rough shape, but, that doesn't take anything away from how great this hex bar is.
