Our Flat Competition Weight Bench is designed to meet the International Powerlifting Federation’s standards with the stable tripod design ensure the bench legs are out of your way for optimum leg drive. The high-density 4” pad is covered with our incredibly durable CarbonStandard™ material to provide an untouched level of comfort and durability.
Grounded Stability
Constructed with heavy-duty 2x2.75” 11-gauge steel with a weight capacity of 1,000lb, the bench weighs 40lbs and easily rolls around your space with an integrated steel handle and sturdy wheels. With four bolt holes the bench can be secured in place if you choose, or set upright between sets for additional space savings.
Attention to Detail
This bench skips rubber caps on the feet in favor of carefully welded feet with the option to bolt it down, leading to a much more stable foundation for your workouts. The underside of the bench is just as aesthetic as the top, with a carefully assembled connecting cover to keep the CarbonStandard™ cover material taut for years to come.
Portable Efficiency
With a footprint just over 48" long and 24" wide, the bench is easily lifted and rolled in and out of your rack or tucked away standing for maximum space efficiency.

How much is shipping?
All orders ship free, and we only ship to the lower 48 United States.
How long does it take for my items to ship?
Everything ships out within one business day, and on the same business day for orders received by 10AM ET. Tracking links are sent to you by email with packages typically arriving in 2-4 days.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Email us a photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We will send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund part of your order, whichever you prefer. There is no cost to you.
What happens if my package never arrives?
Contact us and we will trace the package with the carrier. They may call or email you during the search, so please answer them. We replace anything that is not found, at no cost to you.
How do I track my order?
If you created an account when you placed your order simply log in and visit My Orders. If you checked out as a guest search your email for "Barbell Standard out for delivery" and follow the link. Or you can just get in touch and we'll be happy to give you an update.
How heavy are the packages?
The heaviest single package in your order will be 50 pounds, no matter how much weight you order.
What happens if part of my order doesn't arrive on time?
If you received most of your order but a package is missing, be sure to check your tracking information to see if there is an expected delivery date for the delayed package. Most of the time the missing package/s will arrive the next day. Get in touch with us if that doesn't solve it and we'll get a reshipment/replacement out in the mail.
Is shipping still free for large orders?
Orders over 900 pounds still ship free, and will arrive on a scheduled dedicated truck with a lift-gate for a smooth and reliable delivery.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

What are 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns?
Let us know within 30 days of receiving your item if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products for any reason, and your free replacement or 100% cash back refund will be processed at absolutely no cost to you.
Retain all original packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate your return right away.
Can I return my order for any reason?
You can return your unused equipment in original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns due to dissatisfaction with product quality will receive a full 100% refund, and orders returned for any other reason will receive a full refund minus the actual return shipping costs, with no additional restocking or handling fees, within 24 hours of the equipment being received by our warehouse.
How do I start a return?

- We'll send you a prepaid shipping label for you to print and return
- We confirm that your returned item/s have been received by the carrier
- We issue your return/refund/exchange
How soon do I receive the refund/exchange?
We issue refunds immediately upon confirmation that the returned item has been received by the carrier, but the time it takes for the funds to post to your account depends on your financial institution.
Replacements are shipped as soon as we receive confirmation that the returned item has been received by the carrier, and arrive just as fast as your original order.

Shout out to Jared for allowing me to be one of the first customers to give this flat bench a go. Excellent product as it is easy to put together and very convenient space saver. It is very comfortable when lifting and padding is more than adequate. One thing I love is the aesthetic look, sort of like a carbon fiber weave definitely gives this flat bench some pop. This bench looks great and feels great. The pad is high quality and it feels solid. Thicker and more supportive than the one I was using. Bolts together quick. I have gotten other equipment with black / painted hardware and I have been disappointed. Often, once I try to put a wrench on them the paint comes off and it looks bad. I gave these a good crank with a socket and wrench and they still look great. Great quality and value for the money.

Well worth the sale price have been searching for a cost effective bench that is in the correct measurements and of great quality was considering the reps 5000 flat bench and I'm so glad I went with this one considering the price difference. pad is plenty thick with a nice looking cover at the right height and the frame is perfectly solid. I was nervous because there are no third party reviews or videos on this bench but its great quality especially at the price of 140 shipped. For reference I'm 6'2 250 bench reg around 350- 405 range. Couldn't be happier.. very easy to roll around, very easy install, and arrived quickly.

I couldn't find any videos or reviews about this bench outside its store page, so I took a risk on buying it because of the price and listed specs. I'm glad I did.
It's comfortable, easy to move by the handle and wheels, lightweight enough to lift normally, easy to assemble, vertically storable, and affordable. It's also absolutely stable when bench pressing. The front foot is small enough to be out of the way of your feet, but wide enough to prevent wobbling from side to side.
I haven't had it for long, so I can't comment on the durability of the vinyl and cushion. I can say that the vinyl is sleek but slightly textured, and I don't find myself sliding on it. The cushion is just right to me: firm enough that I don't sink into it (at least not at my level of bench press in the 200s), but not so much that it feels like a rock. I have noticed that the vinyl seems just a bit loose around the cushion compared to other benches I have used, but I'm not sure if this is intentional or if it matters. As the description notes, there is a firm cover on the underside of the bench to keep everything secure and protected.
I have just two cons at this point:
1.) The packaging isn't the best, so the handle ended up sticking out of the box and receiving very minor wear in transit that could have been worse. On the other hand, the shipping was fast.
2.) The feet are bare metal instead of rubber, so the bench doesn't have the same grip on the floor that one with rubber feet would and can…
