How much is shipping?

All orders ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States.

How long does it take for my items to ship?

Everything ships out within one business day, and on the same business day for orders received by 10AM ET. Tracking links are sent to you by email. Packages typically arrive in 2 to 4 days.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Email us a photo of the damaged item and its packaging. We will send a replacement, issue store credit, or refund part of your order, whichever you prefer. There is no cost to you.

What happens if my package never arrives?

Contact us and we will trace the package with the carrier. They may call or email you during the search, so please answer them. We replace anything that is not found, at no cost to you.

How do I track my order?

If you created an account when you placed your order, log in and visit our tracking page. If you checked out as a guest, search your email for "Track your order from Barbell Standard" and follow the link. You can also get in touch and we will give you an update.

How heavy are the packages?

We never combine more than 65lb into a single package, no matter how much weight you order.

What happens if part of my order doesn't arrive on time?

If most of your order arrived but one package is missing, check your tracking information for an expected delivery date. Most delayed packages arrive the next day. Get in touch if that does not solve it and we will send a reshipment or replacement.

Is shipping still free for large orders?

All orders ship free. Orders over 900lb may arrive on a scheduled dedicated truck with a lift-gate.

Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

We ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
