What exercises can I do with the 3-in-1 Plyo Jump Box?

There are many different way to use the jump box, including box jumps, step-ups, box squats, incline/decline push-ups, dips, calf raises, Bulgarian split squats, and many more.

Is any assembly required?

No assembly is required. The Jump Box comes fully assemlbed and odor-free - it's ready to use right out of the box.

Is the foam Jump Box safe for box jumps?

The box is extremely stable even when you don't land the jump perfectly centered, but you should of course avoid landing on an edge! We recommend to always use a height that you're comfortable with, and to secure the jump box against a wall at least the first couple of times using the box at a new higher height. Box jumps on the 30" height should be performed with caution and care to ensure you land in the center of the box.

    It’s a high quality stand for both bumpers or irons. Looks heavy duty and easy to assemble. For bumper plates you can use the middle and bottom row for bumper plates leaving room for change plates at the top. Would recommend
