SIX LEVELS OF RESISTANCE FOR OPTIMUM INTENSITY
Resistance bands offer increasing resistance through the range of motion as the band is stretched. The range of resistance from beginning to end of the motion is outlined below:
- Yellow: 5–15lbs of resistance
- Red: 10–25lbs
- Black: 20–50lbs
- Purple : 40–75lbs
- Green: 50–100lbs
- Blue: 60–125lbs

These bands are solid and great for doing resistance work in the gym. Definitely recommended on those days you want to take it easy on the joints and use bands instead.

I got 2 sets to use with the rack and the deadlift platform. They work great. I use the smaller bands for stretching and warm up. These are comparable to some more expensive bands I have. There was a shipping issue and I only got one set, however customer service got the second set to me quick. Love these. While not a performance feature, the colors look great in the gym. The cloth branded bag they come in is a nice touch too.

well let me start off by saying i was very skeptical about purchasing resistant bands. I’m “old school” and have never trained with any type of resistance band(s) before, I do use chains because I like the sound of metal. I was very surprised with the quality of the bands when I receive them. I thought I was spending too much money on a bag of rubber bands.🙄 but i was very impressed with the quality of this product. As I stated, I bought the heavy set….WOW! They are really great! Very happy with the purchase, and the price was great…. so far i’ve been using them for body resistance... Really great. I have got a new toy🥰, i’m waiting for my next set now so i can use them for barbell training. I got them on order now and Im so impressed I got the light set on order as well.
