The Barbell Standard Olympic EZ Curl Bar is designed to take your isolation training to the next level. With sharp angled design for a perfect supinated grip, this EZ Bar allows for natural hand positioning to reduce strain on your wrists while maximizing training impact.
Built from the same high-grade steel and bronze bushings as the Barbell Standard 2000 and equipped with precision medium volcano knurling, our EZ Bar provides durability and versatility for a wide range of isolation lifts. Whether you’re doing curls, presses, or triceps, this bar delivers comfort and control to help you build muscle and strength.
Ergonomic Design
The angled design allows for a more natural range of motion, delivering results where you want them the most. Durable Construction Made from the same 206,000 PSI tensile strength steel as our Barbell 2000, the EZ Curl Bar supports over 300 pounds load and is finished with a corrosion-resistant bright zinc coating for long-lasting performance.

Precision medium knurling provides a firm yet comfortable grip, ensuring control throughout your workout. Versatile Perfect for bicep curls, tricep extensions, curl bars are also a great tool for lifts like military press, upright rows, floor press, squats, many other exercises, making it a great first bar for any home gym.

How much is shipping?
Your orders always ship free to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
How long does it take for my items to ship?
Everything ships out within one business day, and on the same business day for orders received by 10AM ET. Tracking links are sent to you by email with packages typically arriving in 2-4 days.
What is Shipping Protection?
Shipping Protection is our guarantee that everything you ordered will arrive and in perfect condition. Shipping Protection ensures that you're covered if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. We cover all costs for replacing anything damaged or missing.
How do I track my order?
If you created an account when you placed your order simply log in and visit My Orders. If you checked out as a guest search your email for "Barbell Standard out for delivery" and follow the link. Or you can just get in touch and we'll be happy to give you an update.
How heavy are the packages?
The heaviest single package in your order will be 50 pounds, no matter how much weight you order.
What happens if part of my order doesn't arrive on time?
If you received most of your order but a package is missing, be sure to check your tracking information to see if there is an expected delivery date for the delayed package. Most of the time the missing package/s will arrive the next day. Get in touch with us if that doesn't solve it and we'll get a reshipment/replacement out in the mail.
Is shipping still free for large orders?
Orders over 900 pounds still ship free, and will arrive on a scheduled dedicated truck with a lift-gate for a smooth and reliable delivery.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Weight plates and most bars ship free to Alaska and Hawaii, and shipping charges are shown at checkout for other products.

What are 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns?
Let us know within 30 days of receiving your item if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products for any reason, and your free replacement or 100% cash back refund will be processed at absolutely no cost to you.
Retain all original packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate your return right away.
Can I return my order for any reason?
You can return your unused equipment in original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns due to dissatisfaction with product quality will receive a full 100% refund, and orders returned for any other reason will receive a full refund minus the actual return shipping costs, with no additional restocking or handling fees, within 24 hours of the equipment being received by our warehouse.
How do I start a return?

- We'll send you a prepaid shipping label for you to print and return
- We confirm that your returned item/s have been received by the carrier
- We issue your return/refund/exchange
How soon do I receive the refund/exchange?
We issue refunds immediately upon confirmation that the returned item has been received by the carrier, but the time it takes for the funds to post to your account depends on your financial institution.
Replacements are shipped as soon as we receive confirmation that the returned item has been received by the carrier, and arrive just as fast as your original order.
