How much is shipping?
ALL orders ship free.
How long does it take for my items to arrive after I place my order?
2-3 business days. Everything ships out the same business day for orders received by 9AM ET, and the next business for orders received after 9AM ET. Orders are delivered within two days after the order ships.

How do I track my order?
If you created an account when you placed your order simply log in and visit My Orders. If you checked out as a guest search your email for "Barbell Standard out for delivery" and follow the link. Or you can just get in touch and we'll be happy to give you an update.
How heavy are the packages?
The heaviest single package in your order will be 50 pounds, no matter how much weight you order.
What happens if part of my order doesn't arrive on time?
If you received most of your order but a package is missing, be sure to check your tracking information to see if there is an expected delivery date for the delayed package. Most of the time the missing package/s will arrive the next day. Get in touch with us if that doesn't solve it and we'll get a reshipment/replacement out in the mail.
What happens if my entire order doesn't arrive on time?
If your entire order is delayed please contact us right away. We promise fast shipping as part of the deal when you place an order, and that's what you'll get. Order delays are rare and typically only occur during major holidays, during which we update shipping estimates so you always know what to expect when you place your order.
What happens if my package arrives damaged?
You deserve for your new equipment to be in perfect condition, and that's exactly what you'll get. Take and send us pictures or videos of your items right away if you notice damage. You'll have the option between receiving a replacement at no cost, store credit for your next order, or even a partial refund to your original payment method.
Do you offer shipping for large orders?
Orders over 500 pounds have the option to receive the equipment by dedicated truck with no extra charge. You'll be contacted to schedule your delivery, with a lift-gate, for a smooth and reliable unload.

What are 30 Day Hassle-Free Returns?
Let us know within 30 days of receiving your item if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products for any reason, and your Free replacement or 100% cash back refund will be processed at no cost to you.
Retain all original packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate your return right away.
How do I start a return?

How soon do I receive the refund/exchange?
We issue refunds immediately upon confirmation that the returned item has been received by the carrier, but the time it takes for the funds to post to your account depends on your financial institution.
Replacements are shipped as soon as we receive confirmation that the returned item has been received by the carrier, and arrive just as fast as your original order.
Can I return my order for any reason?
You can return your unused equipment in original packaging for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item with no extra fees or charges. You will receive a full refund or replacement when the unused equipment is received minus actual return shipping costs, with no additional fees or costs charged.
